Refund Policy

At Glow Through It Coaching & Counseling, we value your time and commitment.

- Glow Preview (15-min intro call) is free and non-refundable.
- Coaching or Counseling Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% session fee.
- Packages or multi-session bundles are non-refundable once services begin, but may be paused or rescheduled based on individual circumstances.
